For businesses that already use Microsoft 365. Chat, meetings and files sit there in one place together with Word, Excel and Outlook.
Nextcloud and ownCloud
For businesses that want to keep their data on their own premises or in our data centre. Both are open source, run on your own server and tie you to no provider.
Which way is right depends less on the software than on your requirements: how strict the rules on data protection are, what is already in use, and how technically minded your people are.
The move is the actual work
Anyone can install software. The effort lies in tidying up storage that has grown over years before it moves, in setting permissions properly, and in showing colleagues why the new environment takes work off their hands. Skip that part and files are back in email attachments within three months.
So we go through your existing storage with you beforehand and settle what comes along, what belongs in the archive and who needs access to what.
What we take on
We set the environment up, bring existing data across and show your staff how it works. With Nextcloud and ownCloud we will run the server for it in our ISO 27001 certified data centre in Germany if you want.
